Little hope is held out by the Government Meteorologist of an early cool change.<\/div>\n<div class=\"read\">In his report last night he said:-&#8220;Away from the coast, where cool to moderate temperatures prevailed, fine and warm weather was experienced in South Australia to-day, the highest reading occurring at Adelaide, 88. 5 deg.<\/div>\n<div class=\"read\">The high noted yesterday over the south-west corner of the continent moved rapidly eastward, and it is shown in this morning&#8217;s chart as an elongated system, stretching along the ocean from the south coast of Western Australia to Tasmania.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"line\">\n<div class=\"read clicked\">The greater part of inland Australia is under monsoonal influence.
