The minute is as follows &#8211;<\/div>\n<div class=\"read\">&#8220;The Inspector General of Police will be good enough to issue instructions to the superintendents in<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"line\">\n<div class=\"read\">the Bourke and other districts affected by the heat to place themselves in communication with<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"line\">\n<div class=\"read\">Government medical officers of these districts in the event of a repetition of the heatwave recently experienced The object is to assist such of the residents of Bourke and other districts as do not posses sufficient means to avail themselves of a change of climate in cases where such a change is considered necessary by the medical officer.
