NEW YORK (A.P.).\u2014Professor Hans Ahlman, of the University of Stockholm, a prominent geographer and glaciologist now on a lecture tour of the United States, says the world<\/span> is getting warmer.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

All over the world,<\/span> even in the tropics, the temperature is rising, he says, adding that the Arctic<\/span> glaciers are melting<\/span> so fast that if something does not happen to retard the rate vast areas of in-<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
