Alternative 3. Phony alarmist TV movie from the 70’s. Our modern day alarmists aren’t too far away from pulling something like this, considering they have a couple of generations of kids that are already in their hands. They’ve already got them to think most of Australia is on fire.
I’ve been looking for this movie for a while that I vaguely remember seeing in the 70’s about making the moon and Mars habitable because of climate change on earth.
15 minutes in is a good place to skip to if you don’t like the drama.
Some of the youtube comments are astounding. They think the movie was a prediction of the current times.

If the idiots were just taught to spell and put a sentence structure together, they might have progressed to reason.
