Why am I posting old March heat wave news articles?
The answer is, because during the unprecedented record heat caused by global warming, we no longer get March heat waves. In my 65 years, I don’t recall any March heat waves.
That doesn’t mean we didn’t get any in the last 65 years, but I don’t think we had any during my working life which has been pretty much all outdoors. It used to be February that we got the worst heat.
This year we didn’t even get February heat waves. We got record cold weather. They say it was the coldest in 15 years, but I say I have never experienced it, and that the temperatures have been tampered with as is usual these days by the Bureau of Meteorology.
There seems to be no end so far to the March heat wave stories. I haven’t looked yet for any for April. That will be interesting for me.
So far a search for March heat waves from the year 1954 to the present has not turned up any results.
